ShakeSpear Security & Projects was founded by the three principals namely B. G Khumbula, B. E Ndlovu and M. Khumalo who are the core owners of the company. The same values on which the company was founded are still entrenched through the founding, the owners are continuously being involved on a strategic and operational level.

ShakeSpear is fully locally owned, it is always crucial for the three partners to retain as much talent and skill as possible for the organization to achieve its goals and objectives. The company looks forward to bringing in more partners as opportunities arise.

Mr E . B Ndlovu, B . G Khumbula and M .Khumalo are

leading the company as Directors. E . B Ndlovu with

quite an experience he has in this industry, he is

assisting the company as the head of the Operational department, hence

B . G Khumbula is leading the company Human Resource and M .Khumalo is head

of the Sales and Marketing department.

Management

The company management team comprises of a highly motivated, dynamic, experienced and professional personnel. Mrs S .Maphosa, Mr N .Dhlamini, Miss J . K Thlole and Miss E . M Chabaesele are directly involved managers to the company and makes part of a solid company management system, they are assisting the company with a number of their required services. The team has been in the field for a reasonably extensive period of time and has been participants in major Full Service Security provisions as well as other commercial projects of varied types.
